1. Products

We sell:

• Physical books, shipped to the address you provide at checkout
• Digital downloads (PDFs), delivered electronically after purchase

There is no minimum age requirement to purchase from our Site.

2. Orders and Payment

• All prices are listed in CAD and are subject to change without notice
• Payment is processed securely through Stripe, PayPal, Square, Google Pay, or WooPayments
• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues
• You are responsible for providing accurate billing and shipping information

3. Digital Downloads (PDFs)

• Upon purchase, you receive a **personal, non-transferable license** to download and use the PDF for your own personal use
• You may not resell, redistribute, publicly share, or reproduce the digital file, in whole or in part, without our written permission
•  Digital downloads are made available immediately upon payment confirmation. Because the file is instantly accessible, **all digital product sales are final** — see our Refund and Returns Policy for full details
• If you experience a technical issue accessing your download, contact us and we will resolve it

4. Physical Products, Shipping, and Returns

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including book text, cover art, product descriptions, site design, graphics, and logos — is owned by Renn James or used with permission, and is protected by Canadian and international copyright law. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this Site without our express written consent.

6. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users’ accounts
• Interfere with the Site’s security features (including reCAPTCHA)
• Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by Ontario and Canadian law. We do not guarantee the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Renn James will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or products, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, or profits. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the **Province of Ontario** and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
